How much will it cost?
It depends on the job, so send us a photo. You'll have a price before we pick up a tool. Small jobs have a minimum, and if you have a long list we can book a half or full day so it all gets done in one visit.
Are you licensed?
No. 404 Pro Partners is not a licensed contractor, and we'll always tell you that in writing before we start. Georgia lets us do small repairs like the ones on this page. Work that needs a permit or a licensed trade, like electrical, plumbing, heating and air, gas, roofing, structural repairs or additions, is handled by our licensed builder partner. They work on homes and businesses, and they quote and do that work directly.
Do I have to be home?
Nope. Let us know how to get in and we'll send you photos when we're done.
What if you find another problem?
We'll show you what we found and ask before doing anything extra. You're never surprised by the bill.
Do you paint?
We do touch-ups on homes built in 1978 or later. Older homes can have lead paint, which needs special certification, so let us know the year your home was built.
